Nour uses internationally recognized structural software such as Wiseman and STAAD III, alongside our custom in-house software, to generate STAAD III input files and integrate the output analysis results into detailed design reports and CAD-DXF drawings. Our designs adhere to industry standards and codes such as EIA/TIA-222F, AISC, ACI, AASHTO, and UBC. This integrated approach has allowed Nour to build a solid reputation for providing efficient, comprehensive reports and ensuring a first-time approval process for our clients.
Manufacturing and Installation
Nour has established a dedicated department for designing and preparing fabrication drawings for our steel fabrication facility, International Building Systems Factory (IBSF). Our streamlined fabrication lines ensure on-time delivery without compromising on quality. For custom projects, IBSF provides a team of experienced fabricators who guarantee that all parts and assemblies meet the highest standards. Additionally, our certified welding staff operates in full compliance with the AWS Structural Welding Code - Steel, ensuring precision and safety in every project. From CNC machining to robotic welding, IBSF’s flexible assembly processes enable adaptable structural designs.
A core focus of our design approach is to optimize the safety and cost-effectiveness of structural components, ensuring they can carry the proposed loads and accommodate future expansions. Nour is capable of supplying three- and four-legged self-supported towers up to 500 feet in height. We manufacture both angular and tubular tower types, based on client specifications. Foundation design is another area of expertise, where we provide innovative and efficient solutions tailored to specific site soil conditions.
